We moved to the Boston area about three months ago. In retrospect, we didn’t have a clear idea of what kind of house we were looking for. David had a good familiarity with a lot of areas in which we looked in order to narrow down the right home for us. He also did a lot of due diligence to learn about properties in which we were interested. We never had trouble reaching David when we had questions and he was very quick to respond to us with substantive information. Even when there were hiccups in the buying process because of the seller, David stayed on top of the situation to make sure everything got resolved quickly, working well with our attorney, who was a recommendation of David’s. I’d be happy to use him again for real estate transactions in the future.
